Thought I've seen it all when it comes to Kwa work but this was full of completely original material. Besides the obvious increased awareness of my kwa, I know deep work is occurring since my kwa fibers will twitch/shiver at random moments outside of practice like when sitting. Like the muscle fibers are activating. Also the kwas are becoming more integrated as an additional joint in the chain that articulates with every movement, like walking.
