This course along with the releasing the legs course made significant changes to my moment patterns, taught internal principles such as sinking, filling and emptying through structure and generally improved my tai chi and daily awareness. Very simple, sequenced exercises that were nonetheless profound in the way they revealed more over time. I also like that I can buy outright rather than pay monthly so I can return over and over again as these exercises will likely remain interesting for some time.

Thought I've seen it all when it comes to Kwa work but this was full of completely original material. Besides the obvious increased awareness of my kwa, I know deep work is occurring since my kwa fibers will twitch/shiver at random moments outside of practice like when sitting. Like the muscle fibers are activating. Also the kwas are becoming more integrated as an additional joint in the chain that articulates with every movement, like walking.

  • I have no experience, is this bundle for me?

    This bundle is specifically designed to build everything from the ground up with no prior experience necessary.

  • Which order should I do the courses in?

    The non dual course is the only course here that is not an 8 week course. Do this first to get this important orientation, then move through the courses as follows: Aligning to Centre (Wuji) > Awakening the Deep Hip (Kua) > Releasing the Legs > Decompressing the Spine > Connecting the Shoulders > Internal Coordination and Spatial Awareness (arms) It is not strictly necessary to follow this order, as all of the courses draw off information in all of the other courses. It is worth repeating all of the courses once you have been through everything once.

  • I have an injury, will this help?

    It's hard to say. For the most part, I've worked to make these exercises as risk free as possible. Many people report injuries improving, however these courses are not designed specifically as rehab and this is simply a nice collateral for these specific people. If you are unsure, it is better to address your issue through a physiotherapist or similar, then come back to these courses when things are more stable.
