Connecting the Shoulders: About the Course

In 8 weeks you will progressively reveal a new way of using your shoulders, one that allows the shoulders to be open, stable, extraordinarily relaxed and free from restrictive tension. Learn to melt the tension of the arms into the torso, through the back and down into the feet so that the shoulders no longer have to support the weight of the arms by themselves, but instead are driven by the powerful and large muscles of the back and legs. In this method you will melt through your old injuries, and reintegrate long forgotten parts of your shoulders. Each week will introduce new exercises while continuing to develop the overall vision of the shoulders connected through an ongoing process of opening and releasing.
