Meet Your Instructor: Craig Mallett
I have spent more than 20 years exploring Daoist, Buddhist and modern breathing methods, with practice often going for many hours every day, and have been teaching for more than 10 years. While there are many methods out there, and many claim to be the ultimate methods, there is not a lot of clarity on the fundamental aspects of a breathing practice. I'm not aiming to present any kind of ultimate method, but rather to share what is essential to all methods: technical intervention to provoke the breath into depth and length on one side, and complete release of the technical method to allow the unconscious to reorganize and integrate the changes on the other.
